I worked with Oz Fritz and Francisco Aviles to update my version of Leonard Cohen’s, “Hallelujah.” This song was originally recorded with audio engineer/guitarist Michael Logue in Grass Valley, CA in 2009. For this release, we updated the track, keeping elements of the original guitars and the original vocals, then we added ambience from inside the Basilica de Sacre Coure in Paris and more acoustic guitar.
